| Someone is bugging/harassing/threatening me. What can I do? |
If you feel you and/or someone you know are in danger, contact law enforcement immediately.
- Otherwise, the best thing to do when you encounter such a situation when someone is annoying you is simply ignore them. Nine out of ten times they will soon leave you alone. Remember, you can always remove the person from your Friend List (they will then no longer be able to add Comments to your Profile page), delete any Comments they leave on your Profile page, and you can even delete any messages they send you via the Naughty-Net Mail system without opening them. By NOT responding to offending user (i.e., NOT giving them any attention, NOT letting them get a "rise" out of you), most people will simply go away.
- In the rare case that they still continue to bother you, their profile can also be blocked. This will stop them from any contact with you through their profile. To block a user, open their Naughty-Net profile and click the 'Block This User' link under their contact information.

| How do I block/unblock users? |
| Please visit the Account Settings page, and scroll down to 'Block Users'. Click Show/Edit and follow the instructions. |
| How do I report underage users? |

Users must be at least 18 to join. According to the Naughty-Net's Terms & Conditions, if a user is under 18 and misrepresenting their age, the account will be deleted.
- If you have sighted a user under 18 years of age on Naughty-Net.com, please contact us with the URL or friend ID number and we will remove it.

| How do I report spammers? |
| Contact us with the URL to the profile of a spammer, and details of how you were spammed by emailing us here. |
| Where do I report abuse or inappropriate content? |
- If you think someone is violating Terms & Conditions, Contact us with the URL to the profile of the user, and details of the abuse/inappropriate content by emailing us here.
- If the content is an image uploaded to the user's image gallery, click on the 'Report this Pic' to the left of the image, or 'Report Pic' located above the image.

Copyright is unauthorized copying or use of someone else's property. This included electronic items, such as pictures, stories, videos, etc.

| How do I report a copyright violation? |
If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been copied and posted on Naughty-Net.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
(i) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
(ii) A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
(iii) A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website.
(iv) Your address, telephone number, and email address.
(v) A written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(vi) A statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Please Contact Us with the above information and we will investigate the content and take whatever action is necessary.
Please Note: We are not responsible for what users post on our site, as it is too large to be able to screen everything. We do, however, take copyright violation very seriously. If we are notified of content found to be breaking copyright law we will promptly remove it and take necessary action against the user. This can include a warning, or complete account removal if needed. |
| How do I report a fake login page? |
| Please Contact Us if you find a fake login page, or any other page pretending to be part of Naughty-Net.com. We will look into it and take necessary action. |
| How do I change my password? |
| Visit the Account Settings page to change your password. You will need to enter your current password and your new password in order for the password change to take effect. |
| Someone is using my e-mail address without permission, what can I do? |
| Please go to Reset Password to have the password of the account reset. You can then go to 'Account Settings' and click on 'Cancel my Account' to remove the account using your email address. To prevent this from happening again, you can sign back up with your e-mail address, so noone else can use it! |
| How can I report/remove a [fake profile/user stealing my pics]? |
In order to verify the profile is fake, we need a "salute". A salute is a picture of yourself holding a handwritten sign with the word Naughty-Net.com and your username. This will allow us to remove the profile using your identity without your permission.
Please include the address of the profile in question, so we can promptly remove it if found to be fake.
You can also report a user stealing someone else's images, but you will need to provide proof. Proof can be provided by a salute from the user whose images are being used. If you do not have a salute, contact the rightful image owner so they can make a salute.
If the profile is extremely obvious in being cruel/fake, you may not need a salute for proof, but this will speed the process!

| I think someone hacked my account, I can't log in and things look different! |
- First, reset your password in the Reset Password page. Once you get your new password, you can log into your account and change the password in the Account Settings page. Make sure the password for your Naughty-Net.com account is never the same for your email account!
- If you can't log into your account at all, and you aren't able to reset the password for your account, we will need a salute (a picture of yourself holding a handwritten sign with the word Naughty-Net.com and your username) from you so we can verify you are the owner of the profile. Make sure to not post your salute in a public place, and send the web address of your salute and your profile to Naughty-Net.com here.
- If your background is different, html may have been removed because it contained faulty code. This is your chance to redesign your profile!
