We're sorry you are having problems! Please keep in mind we are a new site currently run by only 2 people. Since we are in beta mode, we are still building and testing, so you are going to run across an error or two(or three!) here and there. Rest assured we are working on it, and constantly improving the site everyday. The newer the feature, the more problems there will be at first, so please just be patient with us while we work out the kinks!
